Purchasing
Through email, a face-to-face chat, or a call, we kick off the purchasing process with a purchase requisition. We then reach out to our network of suppliers, ensuring we get the best quotes. Once we’ve weighed lead times and costs, we issue a purchase order to appropriate suppliers, always keeping quality at the forefront of our decision.
Logistics
Collaborating closely with suppliers and freight companies, we ensure every incoming shipment is on track to arrive exactly when we need it. If there’s even a hint of a delay, our production team is the first to know, ensuring we adjust and adapt without missing a beat.
The Many Ways We Get The Job Done
CNC Cutting
Our approach to CNC cutting is all about precision. We manage our plate inventory diligently, program as needed, and choose the best cutting process—be it Waterjet, Plasma, or automatic band saw cutting. And throughout, quality remains our top priority.
CNC Machining
We set up the machine as per the parts program and teach the machine the location of the workpiece. Rigorous inspections and continuous monitoring ensure we can guarantee all finished dimensions conform to specifications.
Forming
After evaluating the drawings, we program the CNC machine as per the drawing, using appropriate punch and die combinations to achieve proper bend on items. We check the completed part to the drawing specification.
Welding
Welding is both an art and a science for us. We consult the drawings, prep the parts, and weld in proper order to decrease the chance of weld distortion.
Fabrication
Using the drawings, we gather the necessary parts, use the right tools, and ensure the final product matches your specifications to a T.
Sandblast
We organize parts by final product colour, rearranging them to optimize blasting angles to guarantee a smooth impeccable finish, and then sandblast to specifications.
Paint
Taking the same grouped parts and arranging them for perfected angle and lighting for painting. The paint is mixed for spraying, is then baked to harden, and finally inspected for a flawless solid finish.
Assemble
This is where everything comes together. We gather parts, consult the drawings, and assemble them with precision. After a final quality check, we give our shipping department the green light.
From Dispatch to Delivery
Once given the green light from the manufacturing team, the shipping team collects all necessary items for shipping, formulates a packing plan, secures all parts onto shipping pallets, and loads pallets onto the delivery truck.
Logistics
We coordinate with freight and brokerage companies for smooth shipment; from scheduling to handling all the essential paperwork like packing slips, bills of lading, and customs clearance, we’ve got it all handled. We keep you updated on dispatch, expected arrival times, and tracking details so you’re never left wondering.
